Our Goals are:
To promote elder mediation throughout Indiana;
To work with judges, Adult Protective Services, Councils on Aging, AARP, and other groups in promoting elder mediation;
To link us to our potential mediation participants; and,
To work with the Association for Conflict Resolution's new Pilot Program in Eldercare Coordination (EC), similar to Parenting Coordination, by recruiting judges and eldercare coordinators to work with high-conflict contested guardianships and other court cases involving the elderly.
Our goal is to help you as you make important decisions with your aging parents. By working together with a neutral mediator, family members can focus on what is best for their parents rather than being stuck in early family life dynamics. You can work it out together to come up with a plan that every family member can live with and accept.
